Union Metal produces camlock fitting according to the standard of A-A-59326(Mil-C-27487) from size of 1/2” to 6”. Aluminum, SS316, brass, polypropylene and nylon are all available. Thread can be made in BSP, BSPT, NPT. The material of gasket is Buna, EPDM, Viton or PTFE. Working pressure of cam&groove coupling is 150 Psi for size 1/2” to 4”, 75 Psi for 5” to 8”.
Camlock fittings are widely used in municipal, petroleum equipment, mining, chemical industry, agriculture etc. Stainless steel camlocks are suitable for acid, alkali, and corrosive substances. Polypropylene and Nylon camlocks can be used for transmitting liquid of the chemical industry, , or irrigation of the agricultural industry. Brass Camlocks work very well for transmitting salty water, which are suitable for most environments except acid and alkali. Aluminum Camlocks are great for using with fresh water, mixtures of oil and water.
